FSU went 1-2 in the mile with Colleen Quigley running 4:34.80 (time adjusted to #2 D1) ahead of Linden Hall in 4:34.94 (#3 D1) as they were nearly 9 seconds ahead of the competition.

In a very competitive Women's Weight Throw lots of SB. Miami's Lea johnson of Miami threw 68-10 1/2 to move to #10 D1. Nicole Chavis of NC St threw 68-8 3/4 to move to #13, Precious Ogunleye of Miami was third at 67-11 3/4. In 5th was #11 Briana Cherry-Bronson who threw 65-7 1/2

#2 James Harris of FSU won the High jump at 7-4 1/4 ahead of Tanner Anderson of Duke who cleared 7-3 and moved to =8th in D1
